MBP Ventures Holdings, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates My Face Shape Detector, a free AI-powered tool that analyzes facial photographs to identify face shape and provide personalized style recommendations. 2. What Data We Collect

When you use our face shape detector we collect:

• Your photograph — uploaded by you for analysis. See Section 3 for how it is handled.
• IP address — logged automatically for security and abuse prevention.
• Browser / device information — user agent string collected with each request.
• Detection result — the face shape classification returned by our AI (e.g., "oval") stored in our database alongside your IP address for analytics.
• Usage data — aggregate statistics such as number of scans and API costs. No personally identifiable information is included in these aggregates.

We do not collect your name, email address, or any account information unless you voluntarily contact us through our contact form.

3. How We Handle Your Photo

Your uploaded photograph is transmitted securely over HTTPS to our servers and forwarded to OpenAI's API for AI analysis. Your photo is retained for a maximum of 30 days on secure Amazon Web Services infrastructure, solely to allow MBP Ventures Holdings, LLC to review results and improve the accuracy of the service. Photos are automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days and are not accessible to the public at any time.

We do not use your photo to train AI models, share it with advertisers, or disclose it to any third party other than OpenAI for the sole purpose of performing the analysis you requested.

Important: You must only upload photographs of yourself. Do not upload photographs of other people without their explicit consent. Do not upload photographs of anyone under the age of 18.

4. OpenAI Data Processing

Our face shape analysis is powered by the OpenAI API (GPT-4o Vision). When you upload a photo, it is transmitted to OpenAI's servers for processing. OpenAI processes this data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy and API Data Usage Policies. OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models by default.

By using this tool you acknowledge that your photo is being transmitted to OpenAI, a third-party service provider located in the United States, for processing.

5. Amazon Web Services

This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. Server logs, including IP addresses, may be retained by AWS in accordance with their Privacy Notice.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use session cookies necessary for the secure operation of this website (CSRF protection, session management). We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics services that identify individual users.

7. Children's Privacy

This service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from or about children under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted a photo through this service, please contact us immediately and we will take appropriate action. Facial data of minors may be subject to heightened protection under applicable law, including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

8. Biometric Data Notice

Certain U.S. states (including Illinois, Texas, and Washington) have laws governing the collection of biometric identifiers, which may include facial geometry data. Our tool analyzes photographs to infer general face shape categories for styling purposes only. We do not extract, store, or create biometric identifiers or templates from your photo. Photos are deleted immediately after analysis as described in Section 3.
