These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of My Face Shape Detector (myfaceshapedetector.com), owned and operated by MBP Ventures Holdings, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

1. The Service

My Face Shape Detector provides a free, AI-powered tool that analyzes photographs of human faces to identify face shape and generate personalized style recommendations for hairstyles, eyewear, and makeup. The service is provided "as is" for informational and entertainment purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using this site you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit use of this service by minors.

3. Acceptable Use

By using this service you agree that you will:

  • Only upload photographs of yourself
  • Not upload photographs of other individuals without their explicit written consent
  • Not upload photographs of anyone under the age of 18
  • Not upload photographs that are obscene, offensive, or violate any applicable law
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse this service
  • Not use this service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
  • Not use automated scripts or bots to submit photos or access the service

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is the property of MBP Ventures Holdings, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any photographs you upload. By uploading a photo you grant MBP Ventures Holdings, LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process that photo for the sole purpose of providing the face shape analysis service. This license terminates when your photo is deleted from our systems (within 30 days of upload).

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The face shape classifications and style recommendations produced by this service are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional styling, medical, dermatological, surgical, or cosmetic advice.

MBP Ventures Holdings, LLC makes no warranty that AI-generated results are accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific circumstances. You assume all risk associated with reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Third-Party Services

This service uses the OpenAI API to perform image analysis. Your use of this service is also subject to OpenAI's Terms of Use. We are not responsible for OpenAI's processing of your data beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Photo Retention

Photographs uploaded to this service are retained for up to 30 days to allow MBP Ventures Holdings, LLC to review results, improve accuracy, and maintain service quality. Photos are automatically and permanently deleted after 30 days. Photos are stored securely on Amazon Web Services infrastructure and are not accessible to the public. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. MBP VENTURES HOLDINGS, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MBP VENTURES HOLDINGS, LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THIS SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MBP Ventures Holdings, LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of this service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which MBP Ventures Holdings, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the effective date of any changes above. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
